Five Years

Anniversary

So it has been a whirl wind of a few weeks for us.  Here it goes...

First off, as I'm sure most if not all of you have heard, Darren's mom is in the hospital.  She had a severe asthma attack on the 17th and has been in ICU since.  Since then, we've been to and from Vegas twice.  We're still hoping and praying that the outcome of this whole thing will be positive.  Please keep her in your prayers.

Second, Darren turned 27!  We celebrated a few days early by going to The Keg and getting his birthday dinner.  On his actual birthday, we drove to Las Vegas with Lalani, but we did get to celebrate the next day with a lot of his family which was nice.  Happy Birthday, Darren.  I love you!

Third, Ragnar Relay was last week and since Heidi and David were participating, Darren and I got to watch Halle for a day!  It was fun, she's such a cutie.  Here's the funny part...you see, practically everything in our apartment were gifts from the wedding.  And seeing how we got married and didn't have a kid, practically nothing is...for a kid.  That being said, check out this picture.

Now you see, she's eating breakfast while...sitting on the floor.  Her cereal is in a Tupperware, and her milk is in a heavy mug.  But hey, she looks like she's having a good time, no?  It was fun having her, she's so stinking cute and loves Darren.

So there's the update...Until next time!

Easter!

Darren and I had a great Easter full of family and fun!  Our day started out with breakfast and Nate and Lalani's.  Darren loved getting to hold baby Caroline all of conference.  And the boys were as crazy fun as every =)

Here goes nothing!

So...I am very VERY new to this blog thing, but I thought I'd give it a shot.  To start out, I'll just attempt to post a picture from our wedding.  Here goes nothing!

I did it!  Haha, that was a wonderful day.  Thanks again to all those that helped make it so amazing!  I love you all =)
