It's a show I can watch over and over and NOT get sick of (although, my poor husband can).  A show where you can start to talk about an episode and I'll know exactly which one.  Say a quote?  I could tell you the scenario where that quote is from.  It's to the point where I compare real life situations to things that happened on Friends.  Pathetic, I know...  But I love it!  Anyway, whenever I'm at home folding laundry, cooking dinner, cleaning, or just being lazy, I flip on Friends.  And since Darren and I both have come to despise commercials, we had our DVR set to record 3 hours of Friends a day.  (TBS)  And after a day or two, because we don't watch 3 hours of Friends daily, our DVR ends up FULL of Friends episodes.  It's not easy to catch up.

So...last week, I came home to Darren wrapping something...in Christmas wrapping paper, mind you.  And wrote on it "Happy Birthday".  My birthday is Feb 9th, so a few weeks away.  Darren smiled and said "There's your gift.  You don't HAVE to open it, but I'm just going to set it on the counter right here...for your birthday."  So of COURSE I opened it.  And inside...

The ENTIRE series of Friends.  He was going to by each season individually but found this, where they're all organized all awesome in this case.  It also comes with a little book with pictures and Friends facts.  And there's also 19 hours of special features, including a bunch of trivia questions.

My husband is awesome =).  But once I opened it, I learned the REAL reason he was giving it to me 3 weeks early.  The minute I opened it, he went and deleted ALL the Friends in the DVR and cancelled the recording.  He was sick of them taking over the DVR.  Silly man...  Love him =)
